CrossFit 20200117(Time, Rx2, Rx3) Warmup 3 Rounds - 80' Sled Pull (AHAP) - 10 Shoot Throughs - 60 sec Weighted Plank (AHAP) WOD: Partner Eva 5 Rounds - Alternate Rounds of 1000m Row/200 Double Unders - 30 KB Swings 53/35 - 30 Pullups One partner starts on Row/DU's while one partner starts on KB Swings, then moves to Pullups. Both partners work to finish out the pullups with one working while one is resting. If desired, Partners may switch movements along the way (i.e. partner 2 replaces partner 1 on rower while partner 1 moves to continue the KB Swing or Pullups) Row one round, Double Under the next. You may start the first round with either Row or Double Under (your choice), then alternate from there each successive round. Rx2 300 Singles, 35/26 KB, Scaled Pullups Rx3 4 Rounds @ Rx2
