Home WOD 20200410(Time) Warmup 2 Rounds - 50 Shoulder Taps (from pushup position) - 10 Pushups - 30 Sec Plank - 30 Elbow Jacks (from plank position, move legs apart and together like jumping jack, also bounce your hips up and down during movement so thighs hit ground on each leg movement) - 30 Sec Plank - 10 Pushups - 50 Shoulder Taps * try to get through each round as quickly as possible (with good form) and rest 60 seconds between rounds WOD: 5 Rounds - 100m Odd Object Carry (KB/DB/etc) - 200m Run - 30 Odd Object Swings (think KB Swing)
