Home WOD 20200412(Reps, Rx2, Rx3) Warmup 10 Rounds, EMOTM - 3 Pistol Squats per Leg *go slow and controlled to a depth you can control all the way down. Use a box/chair/step/etc. for a target, even if you can do full depth pistols without it. WOD: 18 Min AMRAP - 10 Toe Raises (stand with arms outstretched overhead, rise up on toes reaching as tall as possible then back down) - 20 Ground-to-Overhead with an Odd Object (dumbbell, knapsack, suitcase, etc.) - 60 Double Unders Rx2 - Singles Rx3 - Line Hops
