Home WOD 20200513(Time) Warmup 5 Rounds - 20 Bird Dogs (10/side) - 10 Wipers (lay on back, legs straight in air, rotate them down to the floor on one side, then back up and over to the other side. Do not rest your legs on the ground, just touch and go) - 10 Hand Release Pushups WOD: 100 Double Unders, 1 Wall Walk 80 Double Unders, 2 Wall Walks 60 Double Unders, 3 Wall Walks 40 Double Unders. 4 Wall Walks 20 Double Unders, 5 Wall Walks Get as vertical as possible on the wall walk (touch nose to wall if possible) Double Unders may be substituted with Singles or Penguin Taps
