5 Mins of Handstand Practice (against a wall or freestanding)

- Bear Crawl x 20 steps forward + 20 steps backward
- 20 Dead Bugs
- 20 Lateral Lunges (Cossack Squats)
- 10 Scapular Push-Ups
- 10 V-Ups

WOD: 10 Rounds
- 5 Sandbag (or backpack/knapsack) Squat Cleans
- 10 Sandbag Up and Overs (with bag on ground, squat down, pick it up and toss it over your shoulder. keep back flat with this movement)
- 15 Sandbag Deadlifts
- 100m Run
