CrossFit 20220615(Time, Rx2, Rx3) Warmup Power Snatch 3-3-3-3-3-3 WOD: - 400m Run - 12 Box Jumps (30/24) - 400m Run - 24 Box Jumps (24/20) - 400m Run - 36 Burpees - 400m Run Rx2 - 24/20 box then 20/16 box Rx3 - 200m Runs, lower box Stretch: 1 min Sit & Reach of each... - Right Leg - Left Leg - Straddle INTENDED STIMULUS 11:00-15:00. Finish each run in 1:30- 2:15. Spend no more than 3:00 (12/minute) on the burpees. Push the pace on the runs and move consistently on the box jumps and burpees.
