Back Squats
- 10 @ 45/35
- with sets of 5, build to 70%

Every 3 mins x 5 rounds
- 5 Back Squats @ 70% (increase weight along the way if possible)

Pause Push Jerk* + Push Jerk
- EMOTM x 10 build light load up to (135/95)
- continue building to 70% (3 - 5 sets)
- 5 x (1 + 1)
