CrossFit20231025 (Weight) WARM-UP: 200m walk 3 sets: :20 jumping jacks 6 alternating spidermen 10 air squats WOD WARM-UP: 3-5 sets 1 power clean 1 squat clean 1 front squat – Perform all three movements as a complex – Start with the empty barbell and build to starting workout weight – Rest ~1:00 between sets WOD: Every 1:30 for 20 rounds 1 power clean 1 squat clean 1 front squat – Perform all three movements as a complex – Start light and add load every other round INTENDED STIMULUS Heavy day relative to each athlete's capacity Advanced athletes can take bigger jumps targeting maximal loading Beginner athletes or those training with less consistency can work to a moderate load and practice dialing in excellent technique STRETCHING: 1:30 foam roll quads 1:30 foam roll upper back

Home WOD 20231025 (Time) WARM-UP: 200m walk 3 sets: :20 jumping jacks 6 alternating spidermen 10 air squats WOD: EMOTM x 20mins, or until failure 4 DB power cleans 4 DB squat cleans 4 DB front squat – Use two DBs – Perform the complex on the minute until either hit failure OR complete 20 rounds – Complete at least 10 rounds of this workout. If do not make it to 10 rounds, take a full minute off between rounds and continue until you do STRETCHING: 1:30 foam roll quads 1:30 foam roll upper back

Scary Squat Challenge Oct 1, 2023 - Oct 31, 2023 (31 Days)  Spend 60 seconds each day in the bottom position of a squat. Try to sink as deep as possible in bottom of the squat. If difficult, use plates (or similar objects) under your heels to help keep an upright torso.
