We have quite a mix for you today! Box jumps, running, and rope climbs! You'll be doing the run on 4 x 400m loops to allow for time checks with each lap, making it easier to scale back the distance if needed. We also have a higher box height than usual but we'll be jumping today (no step-ups) so I'll help you modify to the best box height to use. I'm looking forward to seeing you all!
