Today’s workout is a heavy day. Keep in mind that heavy is relative to you and how you're feeling today.

We'll be working on sets of 2 hang power snatches. If you're new to barbells or the Snatch movement in particular, then today is a good day to practice technique and consistency. Otherwise, plan to make gradual weight increases along the way.

Afterward, we've got some core & hip flexor accessory work for you.
