Today’s workout is a spicy couplet that will test your grip and get you breathing hard. Plan for 6 rounds of kb swings and burpees.

The stimulus is aggressive so plan to keep moving and modify where needed. That said, push yourselves on the kb weight and modify to Russian swings if needed.

Sign up for Murph on Monday. 9:00am and plan to bring a pot luck dish to share. Burgers and hot dogs will be provided.
