CrossFit 20160509(Reps, Rx2, Rx3) Warmup KB/DB Snatch Progression KB/DB Snatch 5-5-5 (per arm) WOD: 1/3 Chelsea 10 Mins EMOTM - 5 Pullups - 10 Pushups - 15 Squats 2 min rest then 2 mins of KB/DB Snatch at 80-90% of 5RM. Rx is 5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats Rx2 is 4 Pullups, 8 Pushups, 12 Squats Rx3 is 2 Pullups, 4 Pushups, 6 Squats For scoring, select Rx, Rx2, or Rx3 for Chelsea, then enter total number of reps from KB/DB Snatch. Enter KB/DB weight in comments.
