- 15 Squats
2 min rest then 2 mins of KB/DB Snatch at 80-90% of 5RM.

Rx is 5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats
Rx2 is 4 Pullups, 8 Pushups, 12 Squats
Rx3 is 2 Pullups, 4 Pushups, 6 Squats
