CrossFit 20161129(Reps) Plyo Warmup Box Jump Rebounds Arm Ladder Kips Team WOD: 5000m Row* plus - 30 Deadlifts @ 75% of 1RM - 30 Bar Facing Burpees - 30 Strict Pullups - 30 Bar Facing Burpees - 30 HSPU - Max Bar Facing Burpees * one person rows at all times. 20 min time cap - if 5000m completed before time cap then WOD ends and +1 is added to score for each second completed early. If 5000m not completed by time cap then -1 rep deducted for each meter shy of 5000. If final score is negative then record zero for score.
