CrossFit 20180408(Time, Rx+, Rx2) Warmup Crossfit Add On Game All athletes will work together as a team to lift/move an accumulated target weight equal to 2000 lbs per person (e.g. 3 athletes = 6000 lbs). The first athlete performs a weighted movement (e.g KB Swing, Clean & Jerk, Wall Ball, etc.). Subsequent athletes will work one at a time to perform all preceeding movements & weights, then add one additional movement. A running tally of how much weight has been accumulated will be kept. Athletes continue alternating until the target weight has been achieved. - movements must alternate between weighted (e.g. barbell) and non-weighted (e.g. gymnastics) - weighted movements >= 100# have a max of 3 reps. Weighted movements < 100# have max of 5 reps. If someone cannot perform the weighted movement at the required weight then they will perform it at 50% weight - non-weighted movements have a minimum of 3 reps (if someone cannot perform the non-weighted movement they may scale it and double the reps). Running/rowing/cycling is also allowed at a minimum of 50m or 3 calories. - movements may not be repeated in the progression WOD: 1/4 Murph - 400m Run - 25 Pullups - 50 Pushups - 75 Squats - 400m Run Rx+ use 20# weight vest Rx2 Scaled Pullups
