CrossFit 20181118(Reps, Rx2, Rx3) Warmup Core & Kipping work Partner/Team WOD: AMFGKBSAP (as many Fat Grip KB Swings as possible) Rx 53 Rx2 45 Rx3 35 Partner/team will work to complete 200 Wall Balls (time cap: 18 mins). During that time, the partner/team will work to get as many Fat Grip Kettlebell Swings completed as possible. Athletes must use a Fat Grip on their Kettlebell and all athletes on a team will use the SAME kettlebell. With one athlete on Wall Balls another athlete will be performing heavy Fat Grip Russian KB Swings. All other athletes (if any) will perform a plank hold. The workout ends when 200 Wall Balls are completed or the time cap is reached. The team score is the number of KB reps completed during the workout (plus any bonus - see bonus rules at bottom). Rotation: Partner/Team will select a number before the workout (10, 15, 20, etc.). The partner/team will use that number during their Wall Ball shots to switch athletes throughout the workout (e.g. switch athletes every 10 Wall Ball reps). The team must maintain the same rotation order throughout workout. Catch: Both working partners must stop and perform 2 burpees EMOTM. Athletes in plank are not required to perform the burpee. Bonus Reps: A bonus of 1 rep for every second will be added to the score if completed before the time cap.
