CrossFit 20181223(Reps) Hoover Ball! The 12 WODs of Christmas ------------------------------ 10 Min EMOTM 1 Heavy Deadlift + 1 of the following... - Tire Sledgehammer Bang Bangs - Battle Ropes - Slam Balls 20/10 Every minute, athlete performs 1 heavy deadlift of a weight of their choice. For the remainder of the minute, athlete will perform one of the acillary movements (sledgehammer, battle ropes, slam balls) and count their reps. The final score will be a combination of their deadlift weight (times the number of successful lifts) plus all the additional reps from the ancillary movements. Athletes only get one attempt at their deadlift each round. If the lift fails then zero points for the lift (ancillary reps still count though).
