WOD1: 7 minute AMRAP - Strict Press @ *Perform 15 situps any time you put down the barbell Rest 2 minutes WOD2: 7 minute AMRAP of: - Hang Power Cleans @ *Perform 15 situps any time you put down the barbell Score = total weight moved for both WODs. Example: If you choose 100lbs on strict press, and do 30 reps during the 7 minutes, your score for that portion is 3,000lbs. If you did 125lbs for hang power cleans, and completed 20 reps in the 7 minutes, your score for that portion is 2,500lbs....making your total WOD score = 5,500lbs.
