Home WOD 20200320 (Time, Rx2, Rx3) 5 Rounds for Time: - Accumulate 1 min Handstand Hold - Accumulate 1 minute Bottom of Squat Hold Keep a running clock going for all 5 rounds. Score = total time at the end of the 5th round Rx2 3 Rounds and/or Box Handstands Rx3 Plank Hold & 30 Sec Bottom of Squat note: box handstand is with your feet (or knees) on a box (or table, or chair). Make sure you line up your hips over your hands to simulate a stacked position from hands through shoulders to hips.
