Home WOD 20200319 (Time, Rx2, Rx3) 10 Rounds For Time: - 10 Push Ups - 10 Squats - 10 Tuck Jumps Rx2 - Knee Pushups or pushups against a box/chair/table/etc. Rx3 - 8 rounds Tuck Jump = jump in the air and pull your knees to your chest - think 'high knees' but with both knees at the same time
