Home WOD 20200416(Reps, Rx2) Warmup 4 sets of 10 Bulgarian Split Squats (unweighted) per leg 3 sets of 10 Bulgarian Split Squats (weighted) per leg 10 Squat Jumps after each set WOD: 15 Min 30 secs on/30 secs off - Max Squat Jumps - Max Burpees - Max Handstand Hold up to 30 secs (if you come down before 30 seconds you're done for that round) Rotate between each movement each time (30 secs squat jumps, 30 secs rest, 30 secs burpees, 30 secs rest, 30 sec hs hold, 30 secs rest, repeat for 4 more rounds) Score = total number of reps across all 3 movements for all 5 rounds. Handstand is one rep for every 5 seconds. Rx2 = Donkey Kicks instead of HS Hold
