Home WOD 20200427 (Reps) Warmup Tabata Floor Press (bench press while laying on the floor. Your elbows will touch the ground so the objects you're pressing will not get low enough to touch your chest) - 8 Rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest *use the heaviest weights you have (or can handle). Ideally, you'll use a weight in each hand; however, a single weight may be used if individual dumbbells or weighted objects are not available. WOD: 12 min AMRAP - 80 Lateral Hops over Weighted Object (DB/KB/etc) - may step over if necessary - 60 Air Squats - 40 Weighted Object Push Presses (use one object in each hand, otherwise do single arm)
