Home WOD 20200506(Time) Warmup 20 Mins of Handstand Pushup Practice WOD: - 25/20 Pushups - 25 Air Squats - 50 Double Unders/100 Singles - 10 Burpees to 6' Target - 50 Double Unders/100 Singles - 25 Air Squats - 25/20 Pushups Workout is intended to be a sprint - one time through. Pushups are 25 for guys, 20 for gals. Knee pushups are ok Substitute penguin taps if you do not have a jump rope Target Burpees = find something 6 inches above your outstretched arm overhead to use as a target for each jump at the end of the burpee
