Home WOD 20200510(Reps) Jump Rope Warmup + Pushups EMOTM x 10 Mins (alternate each min, 5 Rounds) Min 0 - Max Alternating DB Bench Press Min 1 - Max Hollow Rocks WOD: 12 Min AMRAP - 50 Mountain Climbers - 50 Double Unders/Singles/Penguin Taps *workout starts with 10 situps. Perform 10 more situps every minute on the minute, then resume the workout. Score = total number of Mountain Climbers and Jump Ropes completed in 12 minutes. Situps do not count toward score.
