CrossFit 20200908(Weight, Rx2) Warmup Snatch, Clean, Deadlift WOD: EMOTM - Perform 1 lift and add 10# (men) or 5# (women) each minute Start with an empty barbell and Snatch for as long as possible. Once you cannot Snatch the weight then Clean for as long as possible. Once you cannot Clean the weight then Deadlift for as long as possible. Rx2 (practice form & consistency) -EMOTM x 5 mins - single Snatch, then -EMOTM x 5 mins - single Clean, then -EMOTM x 5 mins - single Deadlift Score = total of heaviest Snatch + heaviest Clean + heaviest Deadlift
