CrossFit 20201221(Time, Rx2) Squat and Shoulder Warmup 6 Sets - 3 BTN Snatch Grip Push Jerk - 2 Overhead Squats - 1 Snatch Balance Rest between sets The 12 WODS of Christmas 2 Rounds - 10 Wall Ball tosses to yourself (without wall) - 10 Med Ball Situps - 10 Burpees w/ Med Ball Toss into air to yourself (do a burpee then grab the ball and toss it into the air to yourself) - 10 Med Ball Russian Twists - 10 Ball Tosses while Laying on Back - 2 Goose Walk w/ Ball (hold ball extended in front of you while in a squat. Walk around your Coronavirus square one direction, then back the other direction. Each direction is one rep). Rx 20/14 Med Ball Rx2 14/10 Med Ball, and press ball overhead instead of tossing ball (movements 1, 3, & 5).
