CrossFit 20210210(Time) Warmup Accumulate the following... - 2min L-Sit (parallettes or rings) - 3min Hip Extension Hold - 4min Bottom of Air Squat WOD: - 100 Double Unders, 25 HSPU - 80 Double Unders, 20 HSPU - 60 Double Unders, 15 HSPU - 40 Double Unders, 10 HSPU - 20 Double Unders, 5 HSPU If doing singles then 2x the reps. You may do strict or kipping HSPU, just be sure to adjust the height of the platform to allow for larger sets
