WOD: 4 Rounds Every 3 Mins... - 1 Min Handstand Hold - 2 Mins Max Wall Balls (20/14) You may kick up or Wall Walk up to Handstand but feet must be off the floor at the start of each round (12:00, 9:00, 6:00, 3:00). Score = total Wall Balls (minus penalties) Penalty - Subtract 5 reps each time you fall from the handstand. - If a fall keeps your feet on the ground for more than 5 seconds then double the penalty.
