The 12 WODs of Christmas

Partner WOD: 150 Wall Balls
- 9 Burpees
- 18 KB Swings
- 27 Situps

Both partners are working at all times. One starts with the 9-18-27 sequence while the second starts the Wall Balls. Once the 9-18-27 sequence is done then the partners switch, continuing where the other partner left off on the Wall Ball Count. Continue until all 150 Wall Balls are complete. Score is the time it takes to complete 150 Wall Balls.
