CrossFit 20211210(Time, Rx2, Rx3) Warmup 5 Rounds - 10 DB Bent Over Rows - 10 DB Strict Press - 15 GHD Hip Extensions The 12 WODs of Christmas Partner WOD: 150 Wall Balls - 9 Burpees - 18 KB Swings - 27 Situps Both partners are working at all times. One starts with the 9-18-27 sequence while the second starts the Wall Balls. Once the 9-18-27 sequence is done then the partners switch, continuing where the other partner left off on the Wall Ball Count. Continue until all 150 Wall Balls are complete.
