CrossFit 20220117(Rounds, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) Warmup Deadlift Review Power Cleans - review - build to heavy set of 2 WOD: 15 Min AMRAP - 1 Deadlift, 50m Run (150m Bike) - 2 Deadlifts, 100m Run (300m Bike) - 3 Deadlifts, 150m Run (450m Bike) - 4 Deadlifts, 200m Run (600m Bike) - 5 Deadlifts, 250m Run (750m Bike) - 6 Deadlifts, 300m Run (900m Bike) (continue adding 1 DL & 50m each round) Rx+ 275/185 Rx 225/155 Rx2 185/125 Rx3 135/95 Score = # of rounds completed (including partial round at end) Note: Jump Rope may be substituted if temperature/sunlight is not amenable for running - add 25 DU's or Singles each round.
