Home WOD 20220703(Time) Warmup: 2 rounds 20 sec push-ups 20 sec up-downs 20 sec single-arm weighted hang power cleans WOD: 3 rounds (with partner if possible) - 30 plank up-downs - 18 broad jumps (4ft/3ft) - 54 burpees (resting partner holds a plank - if no partner then perform 1/2 the reps but hold 30 sec plank whenever you break) Stretch: 2 rounds - 1 min standing leg swings (front/back) - 30 sec standing forward bend stretch
