BENCHMARK 'PARTNER BADGER': Rx: STIMULUS 20:00-30:00 3 rounds for time 30 squat cleans (95/65) 30 pull-ups 800m run – Athletes run together but break up the cleans and pull-ups as needed Rx2 65/45, seated or banded pull-ups, 600m Rx3 45/35, jumping pull-ups, 400m MODIFICATIONS: -Squat cleans, reduce weight to complete all reps in 2:00 or less -Pull-ups, modify movement to complete in 2:00 or less -Run, reduce distance to complete in 5:00 or less INTENDED STIMULUS Time cap: 32:00 Sets of squat cleans and pull-ups each in less than 2:00 each round 10:00 per round
