WARM-UP:

:20 on / :10 off

alternating Cossack squats
alternating Samson stretches
Heavy KB farmers hold

WOD REVIEW & WARM-UP:
3-3-3-3-3 to 80% 1RM

HEAVY DAY! WOD: 6 sets for load
3 deadlifts
– Lift 80%+ of 1-rep-max deadlift
– Use the same load across all sets
– Perform a new lift every 3:00, allowing for about 2:30 of rest
