20 alternating reverse lunges
50-meter double-dumbbell farmers carry

:30 up-downs
10 unweighted good mornings
20 air squats
50-meter double-dumbbell farmers carry

Skill/Strength: every 2 mins x 5 rounds
- 5 Deadlifts

WOD Prep/test:
- 50m farmers carry
- 5 deadlifts
- 3 burpees

The 12 WODs of Christmas: 3 rounds
3 mins/round
- 111 meters Double DB Farmers 50/35
(all the way around the tree and back)
- 11 Deadlifts @ body weight
- Max burpees with remaining time
(rest 1 min between rounds)

Score = total number of burpees

Stretch:
- 200-meter walk
