CrossFit 20250202(Time) Welcome to February! This month, we prepare for the 2025 CrossFit Open, which kicks off with Open Workout 25.1 on Thursday, Feb. 27! WARM-UP: 200m walk 3 sets: :30 easy pace :20 moderate pace :10 fast pace β Row, bike, jump, or shuttle run 1 set: 10 alternating Spiderman stretches 10 leg swings/leg (across the body) 10 alternating plank shoulder taps 10 Kang squats 1 set: 10 med-ball front squats 20 scap push-ups 10 med-ball push presses to target 10 push-ups from the knees 10 wall-ball shots 10 push-ups WOD REVIEW & WARM-UP: WOD: For time Rx: STIMULUS 6:00-11:00 60 wall-balls (20/14) 50 toes-to-bar 40 push-ups MODIFICATIONS: -Wall-balls, modify weight/height to preserve volume and large sets, e.g., 40, 30 -Toes-to-bar, modify reps first to no less than 20, then modify movement, e.g., toes-2-eyes or hanging knee raises -Push-ups, modify movement first, e.g., knee push-ups then reps, e.g., 20, 10 STIMULUS NOTES: Time cap 13:00 Large sets of wall-balls in 2:00-4:00 Toes-to-bars in 2:00-4:00 and 10 sets or less Push-ups in 2:00-3:00 for most; advanced athletes may go faster STRETCHING: :30 seated straddle stretch :30 seated pike stretch
