Coach Emily has opened Bar Muscle-up classes! These classes are for all skill levels and will help improve pullups, kipping, toes-to-bar, and everything else we do on the rig.

Classes are Tues & Thurs night after CrossFit, and Saturday after barbell. Sign up now on the schedule!
