Today’s workout is a fun one with rowing and heavy power cleans. It's also a doozy as the rower and power cleans are extremely similar movements. This will test your ability to move heavy weight while out of breath and fatigued. I'm excited for this one. I hope you are too!

WARM-UP:
200m walk
10 arm swings across the body
10 arm swings up and down
10 torso twists
20 alternating hamstring scoops
20 high knees
20 butt kickers
20 jumping jacks
10 up-downs
5 burpees

15 pulls on the rower (easy pace)
15 pulls on the rower (18-20 strokes-per-minute pace)
10 good mornings + jump
15 pulls on the rower (22-24 strokes-per-minute pace)
10 air squats
15 pulls on the rower (26-30+ strokes-per-minute pace)
10 jumping air squats

SKILL/STRENGTH: On a 10:00 clock
Build to a heavy set of 2 touch-and-go cleans

WOD: 5 rounds for time

STIMULUS 9:00-14:00; potentially faster for advanced athletes

MODIFICATIONS:
-Row, modify distance to finish in 1:20 or less
-Power cleans, modify weight to moderate-to-heavy with quick singles
