MODIFICATIONS:
-Muscle-ups, modify reps first, as little as 1 then movement, e.g., chest-to-bar pull-ups, jumping chest-to-bar pull-ups, or ring rows
-Box jumps, modify height first then movement, e.g., step-overs or step-ups
