– Both partners perform 50 double-unders at the same time. Then partner A performs 1 devils press, partner B performs 1 devils press, partner A performs 2 devils presses, partner B performs 2 devils presses, and so on

MODIFICATIONS:
-DU's, modify reps to 10-30 reps to finish between :30-1:00 then movement, e.g., speed steps
-Devils press, modify weight to consistently complete the 3 reps in under :30 then movement, e.g., single-arm devils presses, hang DB snatches, or DB burpee clean
