CrossFit 20250905(Rounds) WARM-UP: 200m walk :30 single-unders :30 alternating single-leg toe touches :30 inchworms :30 air squats :30 single-single-double :30 pike push-ups (floor) :30 up-downs :30 double-unders :30 burpees – Rest :10 between movements MOVEMENT REVIEW & WOD WARM-UP PARTNER WOD FRIDAY!: AMRAP x 20mins Rx: STIMULUS ~5 rounds 50 double-unders 1 devils press (50/35) 2 devils presses 3 devils presses 2 devils presses 1 devils presses – Both partners perform 50 double-unders at the same time. Then partner A performs 1 devils press, partner B performs 1 devils press, partner A performs 2 devils presses, partner B performs 2 devils presses, and so on MODIFICATIONS: -DU's, modify reps to 10-30 reps to finish between :30-1:00 then movement, e.g., speed steps -Devils press, modify weight to consistently complete the 3 reps in under :30 then movement, e.g., single-arm devils presses, hang DB snatches, or DB burpee clean STIMULUS NOTES: ~5 rounds Ascending and descending reps keep paces high throughout the workout STRETCHING: 2 sets :30 forearm stretch :30 calf stretch/leg
