All right folks, get ready for a burner that will absolutely improve your fitness! You’ll work through 7 rounds of 1:00 of burpees followed by a 1:00 of rest. You should shoot to get at least 10 reps per round but ultimately, set a goal to find a fast but sustainable pace and see how long you can maintain it.
