Then...
 - One partner runs 400m while other partner works on completing reps of GHD Situps, then switch.
Then...
- One partner runs 400m while other partner works on completing reps of Double Unders*, then switch.
Then...
- One partner runs 400m while other partner works on completing reps of Burpees, then switch.

If all of above is completed in under 26 minutes then start again with Clean & Jerks

*10 Double Unders = 1 rep
