CrossFit 20181219(Time, Rx2, Rx3) Warmup 1) Establish a heavy Snatch 2) Snatch Push Press + OH Squat 3) Snatch Balance (#2 and #3 will be from rig. Work to your snatch weight or heavier on each.) The 12 WODs of Christmas ------------------------------ 3 Rounds Partner WOD* - 100 Jump Rope (50 Doubles) - 50 Weighted Russian Twists - 25 Med Ball Partner Tosses (back to back) One partner starts with jump rope while the other starts with Russian twists. When both partners are finish then they switch. Finally, both partner work the Med Ball Tosses together. Rx 35/18 Russian Twists Rx2 26/10 Russian Twists Rx3 18/5 Russian Twists
