CrossFit 20190114(Weight) Today we will be doing the Linda workout (aka the three bars of death), however, we will do it as GPP rather than a WOD. We'll work it as a longer strength session with breaks as needed (it's a fairly long workout to begin with). Your score will be the combined weight of the three movements rather than the time it took to complete it. With that, everyone can log their score as Rx today, regardless of the weight you use. The regular Linda workout is as follows... 'Linda' 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps, rounds for time: - 1.5 Body Weight Deadlifts - 1.0 Body Weight Bench Presses - .75 Body Weight Power Cleans Rx2 - 1.0 BW Deadlifts - .75 BW Bench Press - .50 BW Power Cleans
