CrossFit 20190123(Rounds, Rx2, Rx3) Movement Warmup WOD: Rep Ladder (see below) - Burpee + Back Squat 185/125 - 3 Min Rest - Burpee + Shoulder Press 115/65 - 3 Min Rest - Burpee + Deadlift 245/165 Rx2 155/105 BS, 95/55 Press, 205/135 DL Rx3 115/75 BS, 75/45 Press, 165/115 DL This is an EMOTM workout. Each minute, increase number of reps on both Burpees and Barbell movements until you cannot complete the round. For example, the first minute perform 1 Burpee and 1 Back Squat. On the next minute (2nd minute) perform 2 Burpees and 2 Back Squats, etc. Note the total number of minutes (rounds) you completed and rest 3 mins before moving to next movement. Start from 1 again at the next movement. Your score = total number of minutes (rounds) successfully completed across all three movements.
