CrossFit 20190204 (Time, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) Warmup Snatch Foundations WOD: 10 Min AMRAP - 30 Hang Snatch 45/35 (Rx3) - 30 Hang Snatch 75/55 (Rx2) - 30 Hang Snatch 95/65 (Rx) - 30 Hang Snatch 115/75 (Rx+) Start from Rx3 and work your way through 30 reps. Move to Rx2 and another 30 reps, then Rx, then Rx+. If you cannot do the next heaviest weight progression then stay at the Rx level you can do and complete as many reps as possible.
