CrossFit 20190401(Weight) Warmup Footwork Clean & Jerk Drills WOD: 20 Mins to get 5 sets of clean & jerk (no fails) - Clean & Jerk 3-3-3-3-3 Record successful weight used for each set Score = total weight used across all sets (example 115/115/125/135/125 = 615) If you fail a rep you must start the set of 3 over (you may adjust the weight at that point) Reps must be consecutive within the set (may drop and reset between reps but must begin resetting on the bar right away)
