CrossFit 20190501(Reps, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) Warmup OH Squat 3-3-3 Snatch Balance 3-3-3 WOD: - Hang Squat Snatch 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 Rx+ 60% of BW Rx 50% of BW Rx2 40% of BW Rx3 30% of BW Score = number of successful reps (up to 21) You get 7 attempts at sets of 3 to get as many successful lifts as possible. Once you lift the bar off the ground you must complete the set (cannot put the bar down until you fail or complete all 3 lifts successfully). If you fail any one of your 3 reps then the set is over and you may only count any successful lifts before the failed attempt in that set. Possible Outcomes of a Single Set: - 3 successful lifts = 3 reps - First 2 lifts are successful but fail the 3rd lift = 2 reps - First lift is successful but second is a fail = 1 rep - Fail the first lift = 0 reps Try to stick with the same weight throughout all seven sets. If you change weight then log your Rx level based on the lowest weight used.
