Home WOD 20200318(Reps, Rx2) 6 Min AMRAP - 2 'random object' Reverse Lunges - 20 Lateral Hops over object - 4 'random object' Reverse Lunges - 20 Lateral Hops over object - 6 'random object' Reverse Lunge (continue adding 2 each round) -- REST 2 MINUTES -- 6 Min AMRAP - 2 'random object' Ground to Overhead - 20 Lateral Hops over object - 4 'random object' Ground to Overhead - 20 Lateral Hops over object - 6 … (continue adding 2 each round) Rx2 - jump over a line on the floor use any weighted object you have in your house which provides some additional weight and bulk for you to work with. Use the same object for both AMRAPs. Score = total reps performed with the 'random object' across the two AMRAP workouts. Do not count the Lateral Hops in your score. Note what you used as a random object in the comments. Style points will be given for the most creative object.
