Home WOD 20200323(Rounds) 5-10 Min Warmup Core: Accumulate 200 weighted Russian Twists (use a jar or canned good to provide a little resistance. move in a controlled manner and touch the ground on each side) WOD: 15Min AMRAP - 2 Odd-Object Cleans - 2 Odd-Object Goblet Squats - 2 Odd-Object Facing Burpees then 4 of each the next round then 6 of each the following round then 8 of each, then 10, etc... Try to find the heaviest object you can manage for these movements. You score will be the rep scheme for the highest round you completed. For example: after 15 mins you completed the round of 10 and began the round of 12. Your score is 10. You can estimate the percentage you completed in the round of 12 and add that - e.g. 10.25 Write down the object you used in the comments when you log your score.
