- 20 Bootstrap Stretch (start at bottom of squat, while holding your toes, raise your hips as high as you can - ideally until legs are straight, then come back down to bottom of squat)

WOD: 15 Min AMRAP
- 10 Air Squats
- 5 Pike Pushups (modified HSPU)
Perform a 25 ft Bear Crawl after every 3 rounds (do not count bear crawl toward your total score)
