CrossFit 20200325(No Results Tracked) 5-10 Min Warmup Most of today's workout will center on the core. You'll notice movements you've never heard of before. There is a video attached to this workout. You'll definitely want to watch that video. It's from CrossFit Invictus Gymnastics (one of my faves) and will explain and demonstrate all the movements. Choose your reps from the three options listed to the right of each movement... Core - 2 Rounds for Quality - Hollow Body Bounces 60/80/100 - Ceiling Reach Crunches 10/20/30 - Tuck Rock 2 Tuck Sit 10/20/30 - Hollow Side-2-Side Rocks 10/20/30 - Plank Arch-2-Hollow 10/20/30 - Limbo Twists WOD: Benchmark Test - Max Burpees in 60 Seconds Log your result in the Max Burpees tab. This is a benchmark test and can be found in the Benchmarks link. If you've done this benchmark before then you can refer back to your previous score(s) there.
